Silksong, the long awaited sequel to 'Hollow Knight' was finally released (7 years for a 2d platformer!)! This work of #🖼📷Art and its predecessor, are widely regarded as one of the best games ever made. Incredibly, its painstakingly made by an indie studio of just 3 people! They only announced the release date 2 weeks prior, and did little to no marketing otherwise. It didn't matter - when the game released on 4 September, Steam, Nintendo eShop, the Microsoft Store, the PlayStation Store, and even STEAM crashed (1st time ever).
